Blog Hop

We are thrilled to be part of Heather's and Mystele's first Blog Hop at Community Thrive .

It's a great way to make new friends and meet fellow artists. The blog hop will be based at Community Thrive and will consist of 3-5 artists per month.

We were offered a few theme choices for this months challenge.

Für die Challenge im Monat März wurden uns mehrere Themen vorgeschlagen.

Das Wort 'Peace', der Lieblingsfilm oder ein Video Beispiel

Well, here's the good news! As we are a sisters cooperative you always get a double pack! So that means each of us worked on one theme and you get to see two takes on this months blog hop.

I choose the prompt 'Peace'. When I work with prompts, which I don't do too often, I have learned to take the first idea or visual that pops up in my head instead of overthinking things. Most of the time it turns out to be a really good idea! Although the outcome of the artwork is often not what I hoped it would be but that's a completely different matter altogether! 

For me, 'peace' is first and foremost peace of mind, which I define as inner peace. From this true love can grow and spread and ensure outer peace as well.

The colour scheme purple and violet represent spiritual growth and sensitivity.

Nun hier ist die gute Nachricht, da wir ja ein Schwestern Kooperativ sind bekommt Ihr immer doppelt so viel zu sehen, da wir beide jeweils ein Thema bearbeitet haben.

Ich habe mich für das Wort 'Peace' entschieden. Wenn ich mit prompts arbeite, was ich nicht allzu oft tue, dann habe ich gelernt die erste Idee oder das ertse Bild zu nehmen die mir in den Kopf kommt, anstatt zu lange zu überlegen. Meistens ist es eine gute Idee auch wenn vielleicht die Umsetzung nicht so wird wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, aber dass ist wieder eine ganz andere Sache.

But that's not all from us! TheTanteTi has made a creepy video of one of her favourite movies.
The wonderful, horrible, crazy Nosferatu a 1922 silent horror film classic by F.W. Murnau.
And she goes into a black ink fury on this one and of course its silent! Fabulous!!!! Enjoy!

Aber das ist nicht Alles von uns, es kommt noch mehr! TheTanteTi had ein gespenstische Video über einen Ihrer Lieblingsfime gemacht. Nosferatu, ein klassischer Stummfilm Horror von 1922 von dem genialen F.W. Murnau. Sie spart nicht mit schwarzer Tinte in diesem gruseligen Video und natürlich ist es auch stumm! Wunderbar, Viel Spaß beim Zuschauen!
